Galway city does not need an Amsterdam type porn strip according to city councillor Padraig Conneely.

Porn cinema The Fine Gael councillor is calling on the city council to immediately close down a porn cinema operating in the Liosban Industrial Estate in the city.

Councillor Conneely says the 24 seat cinema which shows porn films to customers is 'not acceptable'.
