Schoolies celebrations on the Gold Coast are continuing to spiral out of control with 30 more teenagers arrested overnight.

One school leaver was stabbed in the stomach during a fight and is now recovering in hospital.

Almost 220 people have been arrested after just eight days of schoolies partying, in what police are describing as one of the most troublesome in history.

Schoolies organisers are also urging girls heading to the Gold Coast not to sign up to a Girls Gone Wild cruise.

The Adult entertainment company is reportedly planning to take one thousand schoolies to a party island to film them getting drunk and misbehaving.

Surfers management Richard Holiday says it doesn't matter if they are aiming the cruise at 18-year-olds.

“Irrespective of who they are targeting in the age group, I think it is irresponsible act to target young adults to participate in a cruise with what I understand is to be an American TV show, Girls Gone Wild.”
